Job Summary
As a content writer you will write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics, whitepapers, and more.
Key Responsibilities
πΌ Creating, editing, and proofreading content across audiences including mailshots, newsletter articles, blog posts, white papers, guides, infographics and promotional leaflets.
πΌ Write content for new feature and product launches working closely with internal teams on distributing these news items and creating supporting guides.
πΌ Working with Marketing and Sales, identify customersβ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
πΌ Support the creation and execution of inbound content marketing including creating a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience.
πΌ Write content optimised for search results using SEO best practice techniques. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
πΌ Create and continuously update marketing and product related literature, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.
πΌ Keep up-to-date with educational, market and competitor developments to influence content marketing campaigns and community engagement.
πΌ Use evaluation data to make suggestions and improvements on a continuous basis to assess the effectiveness of specific content campaigns or strategies.a
Experience & Competencies
πͺ Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
πͺ Excellent written and verbal communication β must be passionate about writing and editing
πͺ Proven work experience in content marketing is a must
πͺ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
πͺ Experience working in real estate is preferable
πͺ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all stakeholders
πͺ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
πͺ Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce and WordPress is advantageous
