We are hiring on behalf of one of the fastest growing performance marketing agencies in Dubai.
Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the prospecting, selling and onboarding of clients and supporting their needs by offering solutions to best suit their business needs. This role will develop and maintain positive relationships with the client and help in cross-selling and upselling of services.
Responsibilities
πΌ Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
πΌ Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, and social selling to clients within the assigned territory
πΌ Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
πΌ Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits to each
πΌ Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
πΌ Draft and deliver proposals
πΌ Report on sales activity
πΌ Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow-up)
πΌ Provide forecasts on the best case and most likely sales volumes over a relevant time period
πΌ Work with the client success team to look for opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
πΌ Provide feedback to Company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
πΌ Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
πΌ Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and Integrity
Experience & Competencies
πͺ Previous work experience in Media Sales, consultative selling and/or handling Real Estate clients is mandatory
πͺ 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role
πͺ Energetic and assertive with a strong presence
πͺ Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
πͺ Articulate and well-versed in making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients
πͺ Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure that deadlines are met
πͺ Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
πͺ Result orientated with problem-solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the Companyβs overall targets
πͺ Good analytical skills to understand clientsβ business needs and provide adequate solutions
