Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the prospecting, selling and onboarding of clients and supporting their needs by offering solutions to best suit their business needs. This role will develop and maintain positive relationships with the client and help in cross-selling and upselling of services.

Responsibilities

πŸ’Ό Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
πŸ’Ό Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking, and social selling to clients within the assigned territory
πŸ’Ό Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
πŸ’Ό Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits to each
πŸ’Ό Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
πŸ’Ό Draft and deliver proposals
πŸ’Ό Report on sales activity
πŸ’Ό Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow-up)
πŸ’Ό Provide forecasts on the best case and most likely sales volumes over a relevant time period
πŸ’Ό Work with the client success team to look for opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
πŸ’Ό Provide feedback to Company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
πŸ’Ό Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
πŸ’Ό Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and Integrity

Experience & Competencies

πŸ’ͺ Previous work experience in Media Sales, consultative selling and/or handling Real Estate clients is mandatory
πŸ’ͺ 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role
πŸ’ͺ Energetic and assertive with a strong presence
πŸ’ͺ Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
πŸ’ͺ Articulate and well-versed in making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients
πŸ’ͺ Aggressive follow-up skills to ensure that deadlines are met
πŸ’ͺ Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
πŸ’ͺ Result orientated with problem-solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the Company’s overall targets
πŸ’ͺ Good analytical skills to understand clients’ business needs and provide adequate solutions
