We are hiring on behalf of a fintech startup specializing in b2b cross-border payments. They aid exporters in receiving foreign payments efficiently, compliantly, and seamlessly.
Summary
The company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who excels in lead generation and nurturing to join their Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is pivotal for selling the Company's cross-border payment solutions to both prospective and existing clients globally. Performance will be measured on sales quotas pertaining to onboarded and transacting customers.
Responsibilities
💼 Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their unique business challenges and requirements.
💼 Product Demos: Acquire comprehensive product expertise and demonstrate its capabilities, ensuring potential clients are ready for onboarding.
💼 Sales Objectives: Consistently meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives. Play a pivotal role in business expansion and market penetration.
💼 Client Onboarding: Actively engage with "Ready to Onboard (RTO)" clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, culminating in their maiden transaction.
💼 Sales Integrity & Reporting: Maintain sales targets, ensuring ethical practices are upheld. Employ CRM tools for sales tracking, strategic call planning, and account mapping.
💼 Collaboration: Work closely with the demand generation team, providing feedback and insights on lead quality and potential areas for improvement based on real-time sales data.
Experience & Competencies
💪 Academic & Professional Background: A strong educational foundation coupled with approximately 4 years of professional experience. A minimum of 3 years in b2b sales is essential.
💪 Industry Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation and management using CRM tools. Prior experience in the financial services, SaaS, or Software industry will be an added advantage.
💪 Sales Aptitude: Innate sales drive, characterized by a results-driven approach. An ability to focus on detail, backed by impeccable execution skills.
💪 Client Engagement: Ability to understand and cater to diverse client requirements, coupled with a talent for building trust-centric relationships.
💪 Communication Skills: Exceptional command over the English language, both written and spoken. Adeptness at persuasion, complemented by superior interpersonal abilities.
