In this role, you get to join InCommon’s early core team on the 0 to 1 journey and grow rapidly with the company.
Role Overview
We are looking for a core team member to head talent sourcing and vetting at InCommon.
Finding great talent is a fundamental function of InCommon. To begin, you would be involved in understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates, and vetting them. Over a period of time, we’d like you to lead the function independently - set processes and standardize them to build a scalable talent fulfillment model.
You would be working closely with the co-founders and other teams while finding top talent for our clients.
We prefer someone who has built and managed teams for themselves and not just for others - ex-founders, account managers at agencies, team leads might be a good fit.
