Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate (Facebook Ads) to join the Paid Search team of one of the fastest growing digital agencies in Dubai to manage the campaign execution process for their clients. To qualify, we know youโ€™ve already advanced beyond the initial stepping-stones of understanding the fundamentals of Paid Search. In this role, you will have increased responsibility and accountability for campaign execution and gain further exposure to client-facing opportunities and mentoring junior members of the team. You will be regarded as the steward of the internal search planning process and are expected to provide tactical recommendations to senior search teammates, digital team members as well as clients. Senior Associates who display exceptional management skills may oversee entry level Associates.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ’ผ Paid Social campaign strategy implementation.

๐Ÿ’ผ Understand the clientโ€™s product and their marketing objectives and goals.

๐Ÿ’ผ Review and analyze competitor sites.

๐Ÿ’ผ Develop forecasts and plans, using input from your Director and Account Director.

๐Ÿ’ผ Define a campaign strategy and deliverable plans that meet or exceed client expectations.

๐Ÿ’ผ Work closely with other internal departments to develop fully integrated social campaigns.

๐Ÿ’ผ Attend client and agency meetings to present deliverables, campaign strategies, and tactics.

๐Ÿ’ผ Monitor, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on critical client metrics.

๐Ÿ’ผ Deliver monthly client reports, verify data accuracy, provide analysis and keep clients updated on account status.

๐Ÿ’ผ Support the Director in data acquisition or campaign insights for quarterly or annual business reviews.

๐Ÿ’ผ Present practical ideas for future marketing expansion or optimization.

๐Ÿ’ผ Youโ€™ll stay current on industry trends and standard methodologies, focusing on how innovations and changes can help improve offerings to accounts.

๐Ÿ’ผ Can you help us build a better practice? Think creatively and develop tools and creative tactics to improve efficiencies.

๐Ÿ’ผ Actively contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes and roll-outs as well as new business efforts.

๐Ÿ’ผ Create, or assist in creating, POVs, standard methodologies, and key process documentation.

Experience & Competencies

๐Ÿ’ช Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience

๐Ÿ’ช We need you to bring a minimum of 2 years of paid social campaign management experience to qualify for a role at this level.

๐Ÿ’ช Youโ€™ll be a true cross channel social marketer, with hands-on experience planning/buying across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

๐Ÿ’ช Youโ€™ll have a solid record in growing account scale and success, and delivering great customer experiences through your working relationships on the client side.

๐Ÿ’ช Prior experience in an agency environment highly desired, but weโ€™ve been known to hire talent from publishers, clients and ad-tech backgrounds too.

๐Ÿ’ช Desire to manage and mentor junior members of a team; prior experience as a manager a plus

๐Ÿ’ช Demonstrate the ability to use paid media strategy to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives

๐Ÿ’ช Excellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
