We are hiring on behalf of a fintech startup specializing in b2b cross-border payments. They aid exporters in receiving foreign payments efficiently, compliantly, and seamlessly.
Summary
The company is actively seeking a Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Lead to become an integral part of their team, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue. This position is pivotal for overseeing the customer journey post-onboarding — from activation to retention and expanding wallet share through tailored engagement, support, and proactive CLM strategies.
Responsibilities
💼 Oversee and optimize key customer lifecycle metrics, such as activation rates, customer retention, and wallet share expansion.
💼 Design and roll out campaigns across various communication mediums (email, WhatsApp, phone, etc.) to bolster customer engagement.
💼 Address customer escalations promptly, categorizing them to offer actionable feedback to the product division.
💼 Gain an intricate understanding of the product to facilitate product feedback sessions with premier customers.
💼 Provide insightful feedback to the sales department regarding lead quality, drawing from both qualitative and quantitative data garnered from engagement campaigns.
Experience & Competencies
💪 A commendable academic background complemented by approximately 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a b2b customer-centric role.
💪 Hands-on experience with CRM systems and customer funnel management in a B2B environment. Preference will be given to those from Banking, Financial Services, or SaaS/Software sectors.
💪 A deep-seated customer-first mindset, underpinned by meticulous attention to detail and a strong execution drive.
💪 A knack for discerning customer needs and a passion for forging trust-based relationships.
💪 Exceptional English communication capabilities, characterized by empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
