About the company
One of the fastest growing performance marketing agencies in Dubai.
We are looking for a full-time HubSpot Support Specialist. Preferred candidates are HubSpot certified and able to work in a fast-paced team environment creating advanced workflows, email campaigns, analytics, and great communication skills.
💼 You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
💼 Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns, including template designs (emails and landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.
💼 Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
💼 Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
💼 Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
💼 Develop tests and optimize results.
💼 You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
💼 You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
💼 You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
Experience & Competencies
💪 1-2 years experience in HubSpot CRM
💪 The ideal candidate is experienced and certified HubSpot enterprise user who is a self-starter but also works well as part of a team
💪 Must know how to automate marketing and sales processes.
💪 An experienced HubSpot enterprise user
💪 Can instruct a client through the dashboards and guide sales teams
