As an influencer in agency processes, revenue operations, sales, human resources, remote work, or entrepreneurship, you know business owners who want to hire internationally and could benefit from InCommon’s services. As an affiliate, you’ll help your network successfully scale their international team, while you earn up to a 20% commission for three years from the date of hire.
How do I become an affiliate?
To apply for the InCommon Affiliates Program, visit our affiliate site and fill out a few details. Then our team will carefully review your application. Once approved, you’ll get a unique referral link to share with your network, as well as access to marketing support and other resources to help you maximize your commissions.
Is there a fee to become an affiliate?
No. The InCommon affiliates program is free to join and we have no monthly fees or minimum sales requirements.
How do I make money as an InCommon affiliate?
InCommon affiliates earn money whenever a customer who had signed up using your referral link completes a hire. You’ll earn a commission of 20% for each new hire your customer makes. Commissions are calculated based on InCommon talent management fees minus any discounts, taxes, and VAT. Referral payouts happen monthly and continue each month till either three years since the date of hire or till the hired employee is terminated - whichever is shorter. And you can always track your referrals and conversions with detailed dashboard and performance reports.
Is there a limit on earnings?
No, there is no cap on the number of referrals or the earnings you make.
Who should I refer InCommon to?
You can refer any businesses looking to hire full-time creative and marketing talent to InCommon. Since we prioritize helping out agency owners, they would make great referrals.
However, you will only receive commissions on referrals who sign up using your referral link and complete a hire on InCommon.
How much commission will I earn?
Your commissions are equal to a percentage of the revenue that InCommon earns from completed hires made by companies that you refer.
20% of the monthly revenue will be paid to you per month till three years from the date of hire or till the hired employee is terminated, whichever is shorter.
To be considered a “referred company”, all of the requirements below must be met:
- The customer signed up within 90 days from the date of first clicking on your unique referral tracking link.
- The customer activates an open position with InCommon within 90 days of the sign up date.
- The customer is not already an existing customer of InCommon
If all of the above criteria are met, you will be entitled to a percentage of the monthly revenue generated from the “referred company” for lifetime (till the hires made by the company are active).
If a company adds additional employees through InCommon, will I earn a commission on those too?
Yes! You will earn a commission on all employees hired by your “referred company”.
